Flexible Office Refurbishment And Fit-Out
The brief was to transform a tired, cellular office floor into a bright, flexible workspace that could support hybrid working and future growth. We carried out a full strip-out of ceilings, partitions and floor finishes before installing new layouts with open-plan work areas, quiet rooms, meeting spaces and a welcoming reception. Services were upgraded with efficient LED lighting, modern ventilation and additional power and data, all coordinated around the client’s IT and furniture suppliers so the new space could be occupied immediately on completion.
Rooms are divided into several individual and group active zones. And the combination of soft and light colors makes the entire place look more spacious and puts you in a good mood. In such an apartment, it’s nice to wake up and walk around the city.
Works were phased to allow parts of the building to remain in use, with careful planning of access routes, noise management and fire protection. High-quality finishes, acoustic treatment and joinery details were selected to create a comfortable, professional environment for staff and visitors. Throughout the project, strip-out materials were segregated, with metal, timber and ceiling tiles sent for recycling via licensed facilities. The result is a contemporary office that maximises natural light, improves collaboration and provides a more efficient layout for day-to-day operations.
